Realms Adventures offers programs where kids navigate real challenges, contribute to their team, and develop the grit they need to connect to nature and save the world!

We craft immersive camps filled with epic role-playing adventures to guide kids in storytelling, imagination, and outdoor fun. Working with Realms Adventures provides full and part-time opportunities for teens, parents, professional educators, and more.

Realms Adventures offered by Trackers Earth. All communications, agreements, and pay will come to you from Trackers Earth.

Lead Guide (Outdoor Educator)

Meet and work with kids outdoors while sharing new skills. Work with coordinators mentoring youth in outdoor education.

  • Required Enthusiasm for Realms Adventures programs. 16 years & up
  • Pay $17.25 - $23.25 per hour, pay add-ons for certifications
  • Career and professional development.

Teaching Coordinator

Teach, lead, and mentor during the summer. Guide kids outdoors while managing teen and adult staff.

  • Required 1+ years general education experience, 18 years & up.
  • Pay Day Camp $745-$785 per week
  • Pay Overnight $1,175 per week
  • Free camp for 2 children (Grade K-5).

Managing Coordinator

Manage a team of Teaching Coordinators (4-6 teachers). Independently operate field logistics while constantly elevating our programs.

  • Required 1+ years Outdoor Education, 1+ years management, 21 years & up.
  • Pay $940 per week
  • Free camp for 2 children (Grade K-5).
  • 25% off Trackers Earth programs.
  • Earliest begin date April 1. Latest begin date June 13th.

Develop and oversee Realms Adventures camp programs.

  • Required 2+ years Outdoor Education, 2+ year management, CDL (we help you get this), 21 years & up.
  • Pay $45,760 - $51,140 per year
  • Benefits Medical, PTO
  • Free camp for 2 children (Grade K-5).
  • Starting before May 23.

As a seasonal educator with Realms Adventures, you are not assigned to an officially fixed worksite.

Leads Meets at field site. With free shuttle usually available from Check-In/Check-Out location.
Interns, Coordinators, Supervisors Meets morning or afternoon at Check-In/Check-Out locations.


Our flexible training times going into summer accommodates school year schedules. Part of your training may occur online, while others sections are in-person and in the field. Please Note Training pays Minimum Wage. During your normal teaching and work schedule your regular pay scale applies.
